Our copywriting services are unique in that we tailor our pricing to your individual project. You never have to worry about being overcharged due to inflexible rates, and payment arrangements are available for larger projects. The price-list below is a guide only; your project could cost more, or it could cost less than the numbers posted here. Content Editing

Our content editing pricing varies based on the amount of editing required. For light edits to check grammar, spelling, and punctuation, typical rates are only $10/page and up. For more intensive editing, such as for tone, clarity, ease of read, continuity and fact-checking, typical rates are $20/page and up.

Content Creation: Per-Word Pricing

Note: All content creation includes all of the necessary research, fact-checking, source citations, and other requirements for your content, unless stated otherwise in your Project Agreement. Graphics such as stock photos, scientific diagrams, and complex layouts may incur an additional fee.

  • Blogs/Forums Posts/Discussion Groups:  .05 - .10/word
  • Articles (Informational): .10 - .15/word
  • Articles (Journalistic - Includes interview): .12 - .18/word
  • Brochures/Flyers/Newsletters (Includes Graphics, light Photoshopping; Delievered in .PDF Format): .12 - .18/word

  • Training Manuals/How-to Guides: .12 - .18/word
